A rare Indian carved walnut card table in the George II style by Ganemede, Srinagar, Kashmir, North India, circa 1900, the foldover top with rounded projecting corners, concealing a baize lined interior with candlestick and counter wells, double gate action, on four leaf and scroll carved cabriole legs to pad feet, with printed paper label ‘By Special Appointments, Ganemede, Srinagar, Kashmir, No.’ inscribed ’95’ in ink, in good condition.
